Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our various/ warehouses located in Gujrat and Maharashtra. Please expect your products to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A. Yes
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 4-7 days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times also vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.
Q. Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
A. Yes, we have our 3 days return and refund policy, provided the reason along with the unboxing video. It helps us to verify and ensure improvement for future orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually within 48 hrs.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please write us on support@shopexity.in if you don't receive one within 12 hours)
